Victor likes to listen to house, electronic, rap, and hip-hop music during his training. However, the aspiring Hyrox athlete says that there are days when he prefers melancholic songs, such as those by Billie Eilish. “What many people might not expect is that reggaeton also motivates me a lot. Maybe it’s because of my Spanish roots.”
Victor usually listens to just one song during an entire workout. For example, he listens to “THANK GOD” by Travis Scott repeatedly. “Especially when I’m feeling sluggish, certain songs can really push my endurance. I focus on specific hooks to get back on track.”
