Our MMX series was recently expanded with the addition of the wireless gaming headset MMX 150 Wireless. True to the motto “You asked, we delivered,” we developed a wireless successor to the MMX 150 that offers maximum flexibility for gaming thanks to velour ear pads, premium materials, and a powerful Bluetooth® connection. This makes the MMX 150 Wireless the second wireless gaming headset in our MMX series.

First things: The Sound
The MMX 150 Wireless and MMX 200 Wireless share the same acoustic design. Their sound can best be described as vibrant and detailed. Powerful bass, crisp highs, and excellent spatial imaging characterize both headsets. Whether it’s action-packed effects, atmospheric soundscapes, or clear dialogue – these headsets bring your games to life. Both models feature a 40 mm driver developed by our acoustics team specifically for gaming applications, always keeping our roots in professional studio audio in mind.
The MMX 300 PRO and MMX 330 PRO are purely analog headsets. Both are manufactured at our headquarters in Heilbronn, where we also produce their acoustic drivers. This results in even higher standards of craftsmanship and sound quality. The MMX 300 PRO offers more presence in the high frequencies and a more analytical sound profile. The MMX 330 PRO, with its open-back design, delivers a more restrained bass response – but its spatial sound makes it ideal for pinpointing in-game audio cues.
Both the closed MMX 300 PRO and the open MMX 330 PRO cover a frequency range of 5 – 40,000 Hz. The MMX 150 Wireless and MMX 200 Wireless each transmit a range of 20 – 20,000 Hz.

Functions and compatibility
All models in the MMX series – except for the open-back MMX 330 PRO – feature a closed-back design. This means that the fully enclosed ear cups provide strong isolation from external noise.
A unique feature of the MMX 150 Wireless and MMX 200 Wireless is the sidetone function. This allows you to hear a subtle version of your own voice during voice chats or phone calls, creating a pleasant sense of spatial awareness. On the MMX 150 Wireless, this function can be adjusted in stages via the app.
The MMX 150 Wireless and MMX 200 Wireless feature a built-in volume dial with control functionality and a Light Guide System integrated into the ear cup. All functions are operated via this dial. On the MMX 300/330 PRO, volume and mute are controlled through the inline cable remote.
All models are compatible with PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and other gaming consoles. However, it’s important to note that the Augmented Mode on the MMX 200 Wireless – as well as its control functions – only works via USB, as it requires power. All devices and consoles that support the USB standard also support Augmented Mode. This excludes the Xbox. The MMX 200 Wireless is only compatible with Xbox via an optional analog cable.
Additionally, the MMX 200 Wireless offers a Low Latency Mode. To activate it, simply connect the included USB dongle to your PC or other USB-enabled devices. This minimizes latency during gameplay, eliminating input lag between audio and visuals for the best possible gaming experience.

The Impedance
The MMX 150 wireless and MMX 200 wireless both use the same 32-ohm system, making them suitable for use with mobile devices. In contrast, the closed-back MMX 300 PRO gaming headset features a 48-ohm system, which technically differs from the systems used in the other models. The open-back MMX 330 PRO also comes equipped with the 48-ohm system.
Design and features
The base model of the MMX 300 PRO comes in black with velour ear pads. The ear cups can even be printed with a custom design. The MMX 150 Wireless is available in Black and Arctic White and also features velour ear pads. The MMX 200 Wireless comes with synthetic leather ear pads in gray or black. On both models, the microphone and cables are detachable from the headset.
Both the MMX 150 Wireless and MMX 200 Wireless feature a slightly redesigned ear pad shape. Thanks to this update, both gaming headsets are especially well-suited for extended gaming sessions. The ear pads of the MMX 200 Wireless, along with its synthetic leather headband and aluminum frame, are filled with memory foam. This ensures optimal wearing comfort and prevents pressure points on the head. Likewise, the soft velour ear pads of the MMX 150 Wireless provide maximum comfort during gaming. When choosing the right ear pads, your personal preferences naturally take center stage.
